okay so this is my night wrap 

i rubbed warmed lemon juice (from a lemon) on my scalp

it covered (touched) about 2 inches of my hair off my scalp

and then i put virgin olive oil on my hair

apparently too much lemon juice can dry out your hair (which is why i put olive oil on the rest of it… also because i usually do a hot olive oil treatment anyway) 

but the lemon juice is supposed to help with dryness and dandruff 

it felt good when i put on my head. the olive oil works too. you just have to be consistent. and the olive oil has kept my hair soft, strong, and has helped it grow longer… LOOK AT MA HAIR GUYS lol that’s how long it is shriveled up a bit
