one day i’ll be where I wanna be, proudly.

i’ll be able to say i’ve made it

that i’m emerged in my passion and my art for a living

doing well

one day after all the long nights i’ve had working hard to be negatively criticized for

laughed at

talked about

and unsupported

i’ll be able to sit back and smile

with triumph in my heart

because all of my hard work and dedication for my passion paid off

one day i’ll have another picture of myself taken just like this just to tell everyone that, yes, i am still an artful soul

but right now my heart is tiresome

and even though i am second guessing myself

i won’t quit 

because i know at the end of the day ima make it in my life

i don’t have to be famous

or even known

but i will make it

and i will be fine

…but until then
